feature: AgentCard e2e test integrated with CI

Feature Description

The AgentCard resource is created via controller. It does this by identifying eligible workloads by label and then attempting to pull an A2A agent card from the A2A spec's 'well known' endpoint.

Proposed Solution

Deploy a minimal workload with some sort of webserver hosting a static agent card at A2A's well known agentcard endpoint. Attach appropriate labels to this workload and ensure that the agent card controller creates an AgentCard crd with information that matches our static agent card.
