Part cooling fan PWM noise.

Hi, 

I flashed the latest prebuilt binary on my SKR MINI E3V3. 

Works well, but I had the issue of annoying PWM noise anywhere between 1-99% fan speed. 

 I tried enabling the soft pwm in config.h and reflashing, but that just resulted in a weird choppy fan. 

I have a single 5015 fan installed. 

I am stumped. Any ideas?
