Create reusable markers component #23
Description
Right now, there are 4 components for creating markers: SensorMarkers, CameraMarkers, FireBrigadeMarkers and ForesterPatrolMarkers.
It'd be good to make one component Markers which can take list of markers' props (i.e. { location, key, type/state (optional) }[]) and optional function to render proper emoji based on the type/state
