Post radio parameters on the web site

A person can get on the mesh more quickly if they don't have to join Discord and search/ask around for the parameters.

It would be good to also post any additional recommendations such as flood.advert.interval, agc.reset.interval, txdelay, etc.

A good example is at MeshCore Switzerland.
