Description
in the past connections where reused to retrieve multiple files one after the other. this broke with the tls implementation since a solution is necessary to skip the handshake.
it is also important that existing session are be able to retreive new "available_files" filtered by the host they have a connection to. curenlty they just receive the next available file popped from the queue.
