Archiving snowfall repo #250
Description
I thought it makes sense to archive this repo in GitHub as it's not being actively developed anymore. It will make it read-only and clearly display it's archived to everybody who gets here. We should also update README.md to redirect to Icefall. I'm happy to do it if you agree @danpovey @csukuangfj.
