UI instruction tweaks

Provide several tweaks to the UI instructions:

1) We've had reports of people having trouble getting the UI working.  Provide an example of the configuration file for users.
2) Add the UI to Quickstarts
3) In the instructions, put the UI information AFTER the install statement.
