Ignore different zettelkasten key with similar text in description

• It is possible that the text phrase after a zettelkasten key is the same because it is the same set of projects. Meaning the same domain of knowledge, or a freak random guess of a name.
• Contents will be different in the individual notes. Same description, where the key makes it unique. Similar keyword phrases don't mean it is a copy of the same file.
• Don't report as a similar file name if 202602261408 Same Keyword Phrase.md versus 202501011022 Same Keyword Phrase.md filename.
• These files might be contextually similar, but not the same filename. The zettelkasten key always overrides an exact match or a similar keyword phrase.
