Load balancing intermittent

The load balancing works till it doesn't. Pihole works. DNS resolves on 10.x ports. Network services are also active. The problem is not being able to resolve on the 192.168.3.x network.

The pihole load balancing conflicts with kube-dns built in. I'll either need to call the pihole via the 10.x IP address, or change ports on kube-dns. However, kube-dns uses gateway and router. It could be made to use a different pi-hole address provided via DHCP.
