Add support for the IEEE SA MA-S and MA-M lists

The tool currently only performs lookups into the MA-L list from the IEEE SA, which was formerly known as the OUI list. The MAC address prefixes in the MA-L list are all 24 bits longs. The MA-M list provides 28 bit prefixes, and the MA-S list provides 36-bit prefixes.

There are two hosts that show up as "unknown manufacturer" on my home network, so I assume those are identified on the MA-M or MA-S lists.
