total time display is broken on competition page if some category is empty

This is currently happening in the "demonstration track":

> Complexity Analysis of Programming Languages
> finished in unkown time, 0 pairs, 0.0 / 0.0 s 

(because of 0 participants) and this will bubble up to the top, so the total time for the full competition will also be shown as "unknown"
