I think the readme needs to include
plasmaInitialise/Make/options

in the list of places to change the path
(in addition to
dsmc/Make/options
multiRegionPlasmaFoam/Make/options
which are already mentioned).

also after making this change I guess you need to run wmake libso in the plasmaInitialise dir.
When I do so however I do not see the Allrun program has been generated -
Can you advise??

Hi, did you finally successfully compile the code? I could not even compile for some missing function.
