Add automatic execution instructions to git-pr-workflow skill

## Problem
The git-pr-workflow skill doesn't instruct Claude to execute the workflow automatically, resulting in unnecessary follow-up questions like "Want me to add this to the PR?"

## Solution
Add explicit instructions that the workflow should execute end-to-end without asking unnecessary questions.
