Overlapping lines

The code seems to be producing overlapping lines:

The overlap rules seem to vary greatly between different graphviz packages, and generally require some hand-tweaking regardless. I never found a combination of settings that reliably produced non-overlapping edges on a wide variety of circuits and graphviz packages (I used a Windows GraphViz binary, and a GraphViz plugin for Atom, among others). It also depends on which layout method you use.
