Need a portal to be made for end users. #2
Description
The existing frontend needs to be abstracted behind a portal.
Portal features should include
- login with voter id and password
- reset password with voter id
- signing up with voter id and password along with connection of metamask or other wallets ( lets keep it to metamask for now, and connecting your wallet is optional for now..but needs to be connected before voting)
