Add PR checks using github workflow

Current Status Overview

After reviewing the codebase and workflows, here’s the current status of the original requirements:

Manual release workflow	Already Implemented	Available as release.yml

Potential Improvements & Contribution Scope

1. Add Cypress Health Check Tests to PR Workflow

Goal:
Automatically verify Helm chart deployment and pod health as part of the PR validation process.

Proposed Approach:

• Extend .github/workflows/ci-pr.yml to include post-installation health checks.

• Use a lightweight test to confirm pod readiness and basic service health.

2. Auto-commit README Updates

Current Behavior:
The CI workflow currently fails if the README is outdated (ci-pr.yml:64–76).

• Currently: → Encourages developers to manually run task update-readme before committing.

• Recommended: Auto-commit README changes
  → Add bot commit to pr incase of outdated readme.md.
