Custom spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.dialect

PostgresTcExtension don't provide the ability to set custom spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.dialect.
It sets PostgreSQL9Dialect.class.getCanonicalName() by default.

I think it will be good to move a custom dialect in other annotation,
and use in tests required variant.

something like this:

@EnablePostgresDataTest
@PostgresDialect("org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQL9Dialect")
class AnyTest {
   ...
}
