Implementing CTTT's object lists

This is not a big thing. In ObjectParameterDatabase, just add these lines at the end of the ObjList enum declaration (https://github.com/jupahe64/Spotlight/blob/master/SpotLight/Storage/ObjectParameterDatabase.cs#L981):

// Captain Toad Treasure Tracker
PlayerMPPlacementList,
PlayerPlacementList,
ZoneList
