UX Improvement Suggestion: Move Action Buttons into Document Instead of Popup

I'd like to suggest a UX improvement for future versions of the extension.

Currently, action buttons are displayed in a popup when interacting with the extension. Instead, it might improve usability and user flow if the action buttons were inserted directly into the document itself.

Suggested Behaviour:

• Pressing the extension button would scroll the page to where the action buttons are located within the document (e.g., fixed or contextually placed).
• This would reduce reliance on popups and create a more integrated experience for users working within the Moodle interface.
