- Process raw images
PrepJpeg. - Select reference.
- On the reference image, ROIs for the pupae will be semi-automatically determined using
MakeRefROIs. The ROIs should be manually corrected, and saved. - Measure the ROIs on all un-stacked images using
MeasurePupae
