so this seems to be not a real GPLv3 License as listed and therefore not Open Source

(don't get me wrong the tool looks nice and has it's purpose, just in conflict with the Open Source License Policies and therefore might get people into trouble, with that license each contribution is trouble enough for them already I guess)
