Consider adding DESCRIPTION to track package dependencies

In #3 @apreshill noticed unusual behavior that I am sure is because of different package versions being installed. It might be worth adding a DESCRIPTION file to document package dependencies, depending on how people use this.

It's probably not necessary for a first announcement and showing people where to use the tutorial on shinyapps.io.
