[ENH]: Add support for datatables #296

Which feature do you want to include?
While pandas is convenient, it is also quite slow in terms of IO and operations.
Datatable (https://datatable.readthedocs.io/) supports other file formats and it's quite fast for large dataframes.
I would like julearn to support datatables.
How do you imagine this integrated in julearn?
In the same way we treat dataframes, treat datatables.
Do you have a sample code that implements this outside of julearn?
