Missing python dependencies

Im building this on Ubuntu 22 using build.sh. When I run from tomofusion.gpu.reconstructor import TomoGPU Im missing several packages:
scikit-image
h5py
matplotlib
h5py
matplotlib
pillow
tqdm

These are good to add to the build.sh or some other dependency list.

I also do not end up with pycuda which is used to determine the number of GPUs.
