change the height of gt_plt_bar_stack()

Hi, Thomas, I really like gtExtra pkg you developed, because it make gt table more fancy. I have a request about "gt_plt_bar_stack()", could you add a new argument inside gt_plt_bar_stack() like height, so I can change the height of stacked bar
