Communication grid doesn't work

Testing with MorphSim, everything blows up (even with 1 thread), so there's something wrong with the comm_grid. Haven't debugged anything with it yet, though.

After that commit, MorphSim now makes patterns (instead of turning all green), but they don't look like they're supposed to (aka not stripes) only when multi-threading is used. Next try commenting out different #pragma omps until it seems to work.

@r-barnes : I've made you a collaborator on the MorphSim repo. The README explains how to run the test, but the important thing to note is that you can change the number of threads by change morphConfig.json, and this doesn't require recompilation.

Here is a screenshot of what MorphSim looks like after 15 minutes with one thread:

And here is a screenshot after 15 minutes with 4 threads:

Also, notice the white bot in the middle of the group in the second image. The bots are only white if they're on the edge of the group, so it's telling that there are communication issues as this bot thinks it's on the outskirts of the cluster.

Thanks, I'm on it. Easier for me to run on Mac right now, so I'm working on a cmake build. @SeymourGabe : This'll mean restructuring MorphSim a bit. You'll notice I have a branch started to do that.
