Doesn't work in Nova 12

With Nova 12, and probably a few versions back as well, the extension causes an issue where a new document isn't ever saved - just a forever-spinning indicator.

This is when a document is created by File > New, then saved.

There's a workaround by creating a file in the sidebar first.
