20160502 - Calendar Version 4.0 - Initial Release
20160505 - Added Highlight in navbar drop down to make
           it easier to determine which class/lab is being viewed
         - Changed Automatic-show-today to only show html
20160506 - Fixed font spacing and sizing
         - Adjusted default for code highlighting
         - Remove tabs automatically from html files and replace with 2 spaces
20160508 - Added <codeinject> and <inject> tags which will insert another file
           into the generated HTML file, examples:
           <codeinject src="test.cpp"> will be replaced with the contents of
           test with all < and > replaced with &lt; and &gt; respectively.
           <inject src="test.html"> will directly insert test.html with no
           modifications.
20160509 - Modified code to support nested directories under the class
           directory, these directories and files are now available for use
           within processed web pages, and directly via tokens.
20160517 - Added calendar/calendar_display_summer.php which will support
           providing a way to see each day of summer school.
           Note: A day in summer school = a week normally, so everything that
           appears as a week will be combined into a day in this view.
20160518 - BUG FIX: Fixed a critical bug which would cause the system to
           crash if it was not able to recurse into a directory.
         - BUG FIX: If a directory is named wrong (like 01 vice 01.Intro),
           the system will revert to the directory name (01 in this case) as
           the class name.
         - Updated documentation to discussion <codeinject> and <inject> tags
20160519 - Added <search src=""> and <keyword src=""> tags, which will allow
           for links within html that will provide a list of all pages that
           match the search string (regex capable) or the specific <a name="x">
           keyword, respectively.
         - Added Search box on the navbar
20160523 - Added the ability to use easier naming conventions for the access
           file, such as:
             Filename in access file  Example / Description
             -----------------------  -----------------------------
             class_1/filename         class_3/answersheet.txt
             class_1/homework         * using homework/title will work with
             class_1/title            * those items normally shown on calendar
             class_1/all              <- Will affect all files in this directory
         - Updated CSS to indent with <ol> and <ul> tags.
20160608 - BUG FIX: Corrected issue with file unlocking by date, where the file
           would be unavailable on the day it should unlock for the student.
           BUG FIX: Fixed an issue where files would not be linked if they had
           similar (overlapping names), the shorter one would be put in its
           place breaking the file provider
20160610 - BUG FIX: Corrected issue where directories that were not readible by
           the web server user would prevent only partial reads of the files
           within a directory.
         - Updated documentation to discuss access file naming conventions
         - Modified Bootstrap CSS to allow for color printing
         - Modified default.css so that there were spaces after <ol> tags
20160726 - BUG FIX: Corrected issue with table class RM which should have been
           removing the bottom border from tables.
         - Updated CSS to add /( and /) to denote inline MathJax notation

           instructor guide (visible when logged on)

         - Changed default location of cal4.virtual and cal4.access to

           directory.
20160820 - Integrated navbar template php scripts to the calendar, so that
           this can serve as the basis for other projects.
20161004 - Updated MySQL and client authentication libraries
20161208 - Updated System to support multiple events on the same day using
           the $COMBINE variable within calendar.php, format like:
           $COMBINE = array('class'=>array(3=>array('class', 'class')));
           Which will add two additional classes to the day that has "CLASS 3"

           this supports a manual that is updated with patching

20171103 - BUG FIX: Updated directory read code to handle class event types that

         - Added the ability to set $LOCK = true, or $LOCK=filename which will
           prevent students from viewing content.
20171203 - Updated Security to a Challenge / Response concept with a SHA256
           password replacement on the client side.
20171208 - Added $CUSTOMCSS which allows for type specific custom CSS
20171217 - Added the ability for dynamic date based unlocking (based on the
           date that an item appears on the calendar impacted by some delta)
           Format in the access files is:
           class_1 -2
           The above would set the class to appear 2 days prior to the event
20171223 - BUG FIX: Safeguards in place to ensure calendar doesn't break if
           the access file is formated wrong with the new +/- support
20171223 - Added +/-sunday (or any other day of week)
20180106 - Added <showlink src=""> tag to provide link for curl usage
         - Modified access protocols, so last day_of_week will
           not change the day (from day of calendar) if you say last monday
           and it is currently already on a monday. Next day of week
           will always unlock it later on the calendar.
20180121 - BUG FIX: Safeguards were removing shared files based on other
           days on the calendar, preventing access.  Modified the way the
           security protocol works with dynamic unlocking for files within
           the same day.
20180207 - Version 4.1 - Rewrite of security engine to handle generic events
           case as well as the "other" files of the day system.  This
           modification ensures that the system handles the priorities
           correctly, system priorities for access file are (in decreasing
           priority):

           $CALENDAR_TOOL = 'calendar_display_alt';
           To calendar.php to switch to alternate view.
20180324 - Modified logon to use Ajax so back button will no longer cause
           issues after logging on.
