ALDEx3 should be as consistent with ALDEx2 as possible to ensure seamless transition. Core algorithms should be unit-tested, defaults should thoughtful and well documented (if altered from ALDEx2). Everything should be documented and there should be vignettes that introduce the package. Readme should be completed with section on transition from ALDEx2 and what is/is not in this compared to ALDEx2.
