Collaboration mode not working

Hi, it seems that the collaboration feature is currently not working. After clicking the collaborate button, you get the spinning animation around the user avatar but nothing else happens.

I've tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Safari (including incognito/private sessions), and it appears to affect them all.

Looking in the browsers consoles, the following errors/warnings are present:

It's a complicated problem, one is that Glitch has taken down the collaboration server (https://github.com/jsfiddle/togetherjs), it's going to have to be recreated elsewhere - if anyone has the time to tackle this, I'd much appreciate.

Second, the script itself has problems launching ever since Monaco has replaced CodeMirror in JSFiddle.

Both things will need to be investigated, and it'll take a while.
