PING:
- Add --table parameter, it should show the same table as --infinite mode without the infinite part
- Use the table mode automatically when a user provides more than a single endpoint to measure. e.g. ping google.com,jsdelivr.com,meta.com Measurements with two targets / comparison mode #83
