Display flyout menu on documentation on readthedocs

Overview

I am currently using the build.commands directive in my .readthedocs.yaml configuration to call tox instead of rely on RTD's default build process. This approach is nice because I don't need to redo my documentation build process, but it means I don't get the flyout menu (see the RTD link above). The scope of this ticket is to add that flyout menu when the feature becomes available.

Hi 👋🏼 I'm one of the Read the Docs develops. Read the Docs now shows the flyout even when using build.commands on your configuration file. You should give it a try! Please let me know if you have any feedback about it.
