settings page not working

Hi

I’m trying your app and have a little trouble accessing the settings page.
My phone only shows a grey page. AFAICT from dumping traffic on my router, it does not even try to connect anywhere.
Should this be working already?
Where is the config page hosted?
What IP/domain should it be connecting to?

What other information should I provide to help get this problem fixed?
