Use Soft Potato as a virtual instrument

This was a great suggestion by one of the reviewers. We can use softpotato as a virtual instrument to test that the parameters are correct before running the experiments. It can still be used to compare simulated with experimental data and even as a teaching device. I never thought softpotato could be used like this but now it does make a lot of sense. This is will be a difficult merge, specially because softpotato is still not fully developed, however, it is a great idea and makes a lot of sense so I am adding it here for future implementation. I imagine we can do something like:

cv = hp.potentiostat.CV()
cv.simulate()
cv.run()

Another reviewer suggested we put emphasis on hardpotato being part of a system. I guess the roots of the Potato ecosystem are spreading.
