The docuchango fix command does not exist

I'm new to docuchango. I just installed the latest version and I'm working through Quick Start section of the README.md file but get an error because the docuchango fix command does not exist in version 1.12.

  Docuchango - Docusaurus validation and repair framework.

Options:
  --version  Show the version and exit.
