Summary shows title again and also wraps

My understanding of the format for showing a file in the deft buffer is that it should look like this: "Title --- Summary that excludes the title DATETIME".

For me, the summary portion includes the title again.

The other issue is that each file takes up two lines, but the second line just has the time portion of the DATETIME stamp.

I'm hoping that this is just a configuration issue.
