Enmodal does work but not fully

So basically, when I start up the localhost, it seems that only HTML works. Also, for some reason I have nothing inside the venv folder. I attempted it a lot of times at first without the Python PATH, in recent attempts I used the Python PATH. Then I found a solution for server activation. Have I done something wrong?
