- Is ECC RAM compatible/can the i7-4770R take advantage of it?

Based on these two sites and the fact that ECC RAM is typically reserved for servers I do not think the i7-4770R supports ECC RAM.
- A 60% keyboard seems non-controversial due to width restrictions.
However, is the Ducky Mini the best off-the-shelf mechanical keyboard
at this size/price point? What others are in the market/better?
I have heard good things about the Vortex Race White LED Backlit Mechanical Keyboard which is around the same price point and is available with various Cherry MX switches. Reddit appears to like the KBT Vortex and the Noppoo Choc Mini.
- Lowest cost component sources?
I think that partnering or forming close ties with a Chinese manufacturer might yield cheap components. Particularly one located in Shenzhen or Gongkai.
