Import the in-memory class model customization API from the JPMML-SkLearn project.

While doing so, figure out what's the matter with the "customizing an already customized PMML object fails because of a mismatching namespace" issue:

PR jpmml/jpmml-sklearn#202 has a fix for the namespace prefix issue. Hope it helps!
