I'm getting errors with Quickbar

It looks like the createNewLink snippet is not created upon install. I tried to uninstall and remove QB and then reinstalling but no succes

I don't know how buildscripts so i can't tell if these are the culprits but upon further inspection of the repo i see

1. In _build/build.transport.php @ link 78 that adding chunks is commented out.
2. In _build/data/transport.chunks i dont see the 'createNewLink' snippet defined only the quickbar snippet.
3. In _build/data/transport.snippets.php the defining of 'createNewLink' is commented out.
