Updating/installing not working in 2.4.0-pl

Hi, hi after updating to modx 2.4.0-pl my client noticed that quickbar didn't work anymore.
I tried to reinstall. That also doesn't work. I get an empty install screen in the 'installer'
and i can't proceed to install.
