Color scheme enhancements on plan viewer

• Keep darkness as an indication of % maximum, use #F4364C as hue/saturation basis
• Remove orange border
• Change connector colors to a gray. Remove left/right
• Use blue instead of green for triples; have one solid shape instead of 2
• Use different shapes to differentiate between parallel and serial instead of colors.
• Use icon to identify D-Node (instead of color)
