This little C program will print the cpu usage of the system
Every 1 second the program calculate the differential of the values coming from the
/proc/stat
To do do, this program read /proc/stat
user: normal processes executing in user mode
nice: niced processes executing in user mode
system: processes executing in kernel mode
idle: idle
These numbers identify the amount of time the CPU has spent performing different kinds of work. Time units are in USER_HZ or Jiffies (typically hundredths of a second).
The 3 first values are added and divided by the sum of the 4 first values
