Publishing an artifact - possible?

We would like to add Jotform to our soon to-be-released java cms / application framework play-cms. Now, for this we'd need to be able to add the Jotform API as a dependency.

If possible, could you publish it to e.g. Bintray, so people can add it as dependency instead of source code?
