Configure Custom Commands

### What would you like sesh to do?

Add support for the custom sesh configurations to create commands:

```toml
[[command]]
name = "pick lazy plugin"
command = "sesh connect \'$(ls ~/.config/nvim/plugins | fzf-tmux)\'"
```

Then the strategy tool will look for configured commands and trigger the command directly to the current tmux session.
