The yellow outline is from sea-picro:Sea-Picro_EXT_Through_Hole_Flipped and is slightly inset from the actual edge cut of the 1.0-ext pcb. The through holes do match correctly. I haven't checked the other pcb styles.
It's not a huge difference but can cause issues when wanting the sea picro to be mounted precisely on other pcbs.
