Is "Contact Info" necessary in upload workflow?

Is there any reason why the user should have to specify contact info for each file upload? I can't think of any scenarios where the defaults pulled from the login credentials wouldn't be correct. If there are legitimate scenarios, are they common enough to add a second dialog page for every file upload flow?

Repro:

1. Login
2. Select "Upload"
3. Click "Select files", and select at least 1 file
4. Click "Upload"
5. Fill out first page of upload wizard, and go to the next page.

A second page of the wizard is presented, allowing the user to add custom contact info.
