I am making my own dotfiles, so i have i3, Hyprland, GNOME, KDE, Hypr. Would it be override my current hyprland config (end-4 dotfiles used)

Probably not. Why do you want to have two window managers that work with different display servers (X11 and Wayland), instead of just using one (i3 or Hyprland)?
