IO error when creating then renaming files

Not sure what the issue is, it's a bit tempremental. Sometimes it thinks the remote file is locked when trying to rename.

If I understand the issue correctly:

Are the delegates MT'ed? If so it may be that the file hasn't yet copied so doesn't exist yet to rename. In directory-syncing-thing, inotify is sequential, so it deals with one thing after the other. If your FileSystemWatcher thing does things in a MT fashion it might not handle the way you'd expect as you'd have to wait for the copy operation first (I'd guess that is more expensive in time than the watcher). Maybe find a way of dealing with the state changes synchronously?
