Add a default namespace, or namespaces

If most use cases are in one, or a few namespaces, it's a nuisance to type those repeatedly -- especially if there's more than one.  Maybe Kugl should be able to fetch from multiple namespaces without fetching from all of them, say, with repeated `-n` options, or a regex.
